• Confirm you are authorized to request a review of the submitted website (e.g. you own it, work for the owner, or otherwise have the right to request this);

Submitting the form does not create a binding contract. A commercial engagement with Qollins OÜ only begins once both parties agree to specific terms, scope, and price in a separate agreement.
